Before submitting measurements, review them carefully and notify us promptly of any error. Tailored, altered, personalized, or made-to-measure items may be subject to different return or exchange conditions, which will be disclosed before the service is performed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded for defective or incorrectly performed services.

6. Delivery and Acceptance

Estimated delivery or completion dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may result from inventory limitations, tailoring requirements, carriers, weather, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please inspect products promptly after delivery and notify us of visible damage, incorrect items, or other apparent issues as soon as reasonably possible. This does not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
